As a Catapult partner, your engagement with your online donors continues for a year after your project is fully funded. Catapult partners share the journey of the project’s implementation, and publish updates at three milestones:
Reaching the funding goal
When you reach your goal, you’ll post a quick celebratory ‘we did it!’ message on your page, showing gratitude and excitement for the your supporters.
Ninety days after fully funded
Three months from receiving your Catapult funds, you’ll stay connected by uploading a written update with a photos to show just how the money is being put to work.
One year after fully funded
At a year from fully funding your Catapult project, you’ll share progress and outcomes of your finished (or close-to-finished) project.
Catapult is all about transparency – so even if your project doesn’t ultimately work out as intended, it’s still important to tell your donors. You’ll be surprised at their support. Donors understand how hard it is to succeed in creating change. They just want to know the truth.
