Girls on the Run International
Girls on the Run (GOTR), is a physical activity-based positive youth development program (PA-PYD), designed for girls in 3rd-8th grades. Life skills promote positive development, empower girls to select healthy social relationships and prevent unhealthy and risky behaviors such as physical inactivity, negative body image, bullying behaviors or exerting power over others.
